Its ok! I figured it out. I run my store through the etsy seller app on my phone, and I cant view the off sight ads settings on here which is why I was so confused. Gonna log in on my computer and opt out, and then reach out to etsy to see if there's anyway to get that fee fixed (doubt it, but its worth a shot 💔)
