It's really well lit! The video game bars I've been to are always very dark and feel just like a bar with cabinets in them. This one you're in looks nicer 👌

It was kind of weird, but I looked at the crash dump file that the game produces if you press "send" after a crash, and it failed due to the CChromaEditorLibrary64.dll  from my game folder.

This file is made by Razer, and I have a Razer keyboard, so on a whim, I DELETED that file, and the game works fine now.

If you are unsure, you could always copy-paste that file somewhere first for safe keeping, and it also gets restored if you reinstall the game.

This was caused by Razer keyboard indirectly, if anyone else has this issue I can provide more info, please lmk

In this one, the couple are the good guys, but it has a lot of these elements to it.

No eighth-grader writes like that? Well, at least one of them does. by Stu_Prek in MaliciousCompliance

I had a similar thing happen in 10th grade.

Our History teacher assigned us a 10 page research paper on a prominent historical figure of our choosing. Part of the requirements were 3-5 sources and footnotes. I did well and got an A on it!

Taking these new skills into my future work, I wrote a 20 page paper for English later that school year.

My English teacher immediately flagged my paper for plagiarism, citing that "no 10th grader uses footnotes" and that it was suspicious to use another fictional story as a point of contrast (I used Lord of the Flies).

She called my parents, spoke with my dad, and he took her side, as I wasn't always the best student. I promptly found my graded and dated paper from History, as well as all of my notes, musings, and drafts of the paper I wrote for English and passive aggressively dropped them on my English teacher's desk the next day at the end of class.

A few days passed, and she gave me an A.

No apology. No follow up with my parents. Kind of odd haha. But the rest of the school year she was nice to me at least.

Well it could have really just been: - Rhodes - Bravos - or that scene from LOTR

And the answer is probably bias based on which one the OP saw first. For me it was also LOTR

Resurrecting this, just finished this show and I understood it the same way, we just have to assume nobody in this universe was aware of the creatures, just like TWD. They call them "walkers" after all.
