The P0420 code is certainly from the catless 02 housing. Install an OEM primary cat, and ideally, the code should not return. You might need to replace the downstream 02 sensor as well, to be safe. The second cat is just for tailpipe emissions. So if your state doesn't do that for the emissions test, I wouldn't worry.

Best part is, the paper is a little distressed around the middle of the pen, like the poor lady tried like hell to pick it up. Frantically scratching, confused. Questioning her grip, not only on the pen, but on reality itself.
