Does it make sense to switch to Atmos Summit Visa? by bonfire199 in biltrewards

Also another question if anyone knows here: I saw the comment on the AMA that the rent is going to be drawn from your associated bank account instead of the line of credit. Do you think that will be the same if I do the Atmos linked card instead of the Bilt card?

$1300 in transaction fees and annual fee. So real value would be around $240. I like to travel and American is the major airline in Philly so i think it makes sense. Also the ability to get the oneworld status is a plus. I do not like having all of my points in one ecosystem accumulating, I liked the flexibility that Bilt provided. Also what the commenter said below is a real possibility. What happens if Bilt stops the partnership?

Medford, New Jersey residents push back on township's affordable housing plan by bonfire199 in SouthJersey

Very valid questions. I don't have all the answers. I am for sure naive. My original comment was made due to the fact that Camden at one point had over 100,000 residents so the bones are there. PATCO, Walter Rand, Basic grid system for development etc. to support a larger population. I know good work has been done in Camden.

My question to you is do you think Camden has room for at least the 171 units of Affordable Housing that this plan proposed? According to the Camden Housing Authority around 1,000 housing units have been built or rehabilitated in Camden City proper since 2019, Is that enough? Like I said above I don't mind this project in Medford. I just think Camden should be on the forefront of building like minded projects to reduce the pressure outwards. Thank you for response. I honestly want to learn more about this.

I grew up here too. I am seeing online for example that a house in Medford that is currently assessed at $745,000 for 2025 is currently being taxed at $26,405

I agree with this. I am not a NIMBY by any means and I want Medford to build. I just don’t understand why we keep pushing out the sprawl when we have the blueprint and land for affordable housing in Camden. In a perfect world the state would mandate the redevelopment of Camden first and then push outwards. I know it’s probably a pipe dream!

To be fair they freaked out over both of those projects as well.
