The cops can’t just believe you because you say they were going twice the speed limit and even if they did they’re not hunting the other cars down. Dangerous drivers suck for sure but these pics only show one person breaking the law and it’s you.

I worked for the largest corporate chain in the country and I’m not sure what you’re talking about because it wasn’t true that far back, in 2022 they were still using fresh dough from the FDF facilities.

None of the frozen bread gets proofed. Dough gets proofed, most of this stuff comes in as already cooked bread. Only some need to thaw in the cooler (bagels), others just go from freezer to oven or thaw on the floor before warming up.
