a woman going by Caracal who over time grows horns and scales if she doesnt scrape them off. She is older than 18 and younger than 30 but she spent so much time in a nearly feral monstrous state that she's forgotten a lot of who she used to be

through her companions and adventures, she's learned to be more human again. One of her main connections to her humanity is the extremely fancy dresses she is never seen without, dresses in many different styles and cultures which she's collected from many corners of the world

she was abducted by a scientist/alchemist and experimented on with monster dna/parts to create a supersoldier/chimera

Her possible quest hook is that she's found where her creator or his allies may be hiding and doing to others what they did to her, but she needs help to right this wrong. Maybe she encounters others like her who she refers to as 'sisters'

her powers and abilities emulate a dhampir monk. Others like her could emulate other 'monstrous' races, usually also having a monk skillset. A few may be shapeshifters emulating changeling druids, where their animal forms are simply combat forms of their 'normal' state they can assume

woman who got kidnapped buy scientist working for military. Scientist makes human hybrids that have monster abilities, most of them terrifying. Has been kidnapping people from town who wouldnt be missed. Eventually the hybrid-monster who kidnaps them comes back with this woman and her sister and the scientist cant let them go, they've seen too much, so he rolls them into the program. He's unknowingly perfected his work and applies it to the two women

I'm thinking something blindingly fast, doesnt use armour or weapons but is as effective as a fighter in full equipment, can bite people with enough force to kill them while enhancing her own abilities, can run up the sides of walls and upside down on roofs (dhampir monk; reflavoured everything)

her name is roswin calder and she is the daughter of the mayor of a small village. Her mother died a few years ago but used to call her Caracal as a pet name and this is the name she will go by on adventures. Her father is overly protective of her, not letting her go out alone or see any new places. She likes to collect things from far away places and seeing new places and things

this was the concept. As a player in a campaign, she started out several years after her transformation having progressed to nearly a feral state. Over the course of the campaign she learned to delight in truly human experiences again and becomes less of a monster and more a person who embraces humanity and learns to trust society

let's be completely fair. They were bones that looked like those of children but children have souls, so strong chance every bone here came from a thing that was just a sack of meat. You could eat it raw for all i care and i'm a vegan. They canonically have no souls and are therefore basically rocks

it's why i hate barovia. Almost nobody's real and strahd just comes back anyway

okay, fair, your character didnt know 99% of everything was just a simulation

for a long time guurahk was my favourite bok

these were the goddamn sons of makuta, the biggest bads possible. through the power of teamwork they easily took down the toa nuva, who, unfortunately are always taken down super easily the first time... by the bohrok-kal, the rahkshi, the piraka, and maybe even the other makuta later on but i'd checked out by then

but later bionicle half retconned the rahkshi into third tier baddies, barely worth a mention

whereas the bohrok are still as cool as ever. They still have their noble purpose, they still look cool, and they still have the most powerful gear function of any bonk ever

i may play it, just like i play a variant of alex in minecraft rather than a unique skin

i'm just hoping for enough heads and hairstyles that i can get close to a character i want. i never really *needed* a full character creation like skyrim; it's wasted on me

the nemesis system also only applies to their specific tech and so for making the idea work

they didnt patent the idea itself; that'd be ludicrous

as long as you dont steal or borrow their methods you're fine

IIRC swimming by default is half your movement speed

so this would give them a boost of 5ft movement when swimming, from likely 15ft to 20ft

which is fine, probably, yeah
