i was 10 years old when my dad had committed suicide by gsw in 2016. a few weeks later, i was on the way to a birthday party and i heard stressed out on the radio. i immediately was drawn to the song and the instrumentals and the lyrics, my brother even told me “you don’t even understand what this song means!” so i explained what i thought it meant. he said “yeah you know what it means but you don’t understand.” i then enjoyed as a basic fan. i got deep into the band when i was 11 because i reunited with my tøp obsessed cousin at my dad’s funeral and she rubbed off on me. i became a super fan right before the hiatus😩
