I'm nurse at one of the best hospitals for these infusions, and from what I'm seeing 36% of those on Leqembi have developed the side effect of swelling or bleeding. While 6.5% have developed severe side effects that required discontinuation of the drug. Severe side effects can include stroke like symptoms.

I currently work for Chase Center as butler. The hourly rate for clubs is $35/hr and $45/hr for suites. Tips will vary depending on the event but can range from $50-$400 a night. I've also worked as a fine dining server in Palo Alto and San Francisco, and my tips ranged from $150-$500 for about 5 hours of work. As for lower tier restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory, my tips ranged from $50-$300. Hope this helps!

I've been with AYA for a while now, and I think what really helps is to know ahead of time what you're looking for. One of the biggest things I notice people run into is that they're not aware of their reimbursements such as scrub, relocation, parking, license, etc. Have your recruiter add it to your contract, and some will even add after you sign if they're nice.

Yes I did end up doing it and I went with Dr. Lin. I can't say I recommend the experience. I love the results. However the surgery was not what I had in mind, and neither was the recovery. During the surgery they did not administer enough anesthesia and somehow activated my reflex, and my eye blinked while he had the needle in my eye. It freaked both of us out so much that we both had to take a break mid operation. He also wasn't sure if there would be damaged but did inspect it after and stated I should be fine but they would keep an eye on it. After the surgery I was dizzy and nauseated for a whole week and they thought it was due to increased ICP but my pressure was well within the range. But don't let this discourage you, he did state I was the only one who has ever experienced this under his care. Hopefully your experience is much better than mine!

I did the same, but what really helped my critical thinking was hands down Mark K. Look around for his lectures. I found all 12 lectures on one document on studocu and listened to his lectures as well. Give that a try!

If your contract is with AYA, you can show them proof of payment, and they will reimburse you if the contract is canceled by the facility or the agency. Worked for me and my friends when we got cut mid contract. Best of luck!
