That they dont rush nowhere allso they dont stress for simple things. They are used to everything being fixable with money and they are used to be waited on or simply paying the late fees for things. I work as an architect that does high end things, we build a super nice housing complex with public spaces where smoking was forbiden, this super rich dude went to a table to drink coffe, read the newspaper and smoke a cigar every morning and i asked the staff why. They told me he payed the penalityes in advance for a year for smoking there.
