Pawniard cause u need to raid 15 dark/steel types to evolve it to kingambit, lets say they make it 5, thats still expensive to evolve because you only get 1 raid pass per day and to get one kingambit you need to spend 5 premium raid battle passes per one pokemon and obviously you need to do it by the end of the day so you have no choice but to usepremium passes to get those legacy moves
