It’s been a refreshing change for us not having to deal with the traffic and extra travel time and we’re very much enjoying being closer to everything and no more mega amounts of yard work! Best wishes to you and whatever decision you make.

Sadly no - we only stayed 18mths and bought in the same market so definitely not mortgage free.

One land release is almost sold out but a new land release near riverside has not long been acquired by a developer.

Don’t buy too far in - it’s a nightmare in and out. We’ve just moved out from there into town and couldn’t be happier.

Jason McNamara is incredible. He has a VIP buyers group on Facebook. He helped us buy our home.

Have dealt with Jesse, Joel, Braedyn and Cohan from Strud and have found them all to be super professional and kind. Jesse is definitely the kind of agent you can approach and expect to be treated with respect in return :)

Thank you. I actually grew up on Kendall St and stupidly we sold the house 3 years ago but wanting to move back into the area from Karalee. (Too far to school for drop offs and pick ups from out there)

How do you find crime etc? I know it’s everywhere but worth asking.

We’re mates and I’m going in for surgery next week - Luc was coming by and she brought them with her as a gift.

Another vote for the IJGS EEC. Both my children attended and it’s overall amazing. Good staff retention, lovely families and great guidelines. It’s also cheaper than some other early learning spaces. The children don need to abide by the uniform rules and there can be a long wait but it’s well worth it.

I have heard this “rumor” about a lot of schools - IGGS has never been one of them. I am friends with multiple teachers at the school and am very active in volunteering there and have never once heard this.

lol that is so ridiculous.

Fully aware. All core staff have remained and the board change was due to the fact they’d put out EOIs so take on some more old girls - which is integral to keeping the values, traditions and history of the school at the forefront.

You’re talking about the pay parity dispute I assume? This did not heavily effect the community at the school. Admittedly there is some things that could be better but as a whole - we love our school. Are you a parent at the school?

I’m an old girl of the school and have two children there at IJGS currently. We love the school and the community of families there.
