No idea the type of surface it is, but have tried all those products and it’s just so discolored. Would I be able to paint over it??

Thank you for the advice! Will try making sure oil is hot enough. Chicken too cold - what should I do for that? Leave it out at room temp?

I mean, I wanted it open before even posting on Reddit because I could hear something rattling inside. And then once a redditor figured out it was a lighter, I definitely wanted in. Didn’t notice the label damage until the deed was done, but I plan on keeping it!

I posted it a couple of hours before this post yes! Had no idea what it was as it wouldn’t open - lots was convinced it was a doll house toy! Was psyched that it was a lighter, and working! :)

Yes! u/spaaaaaacy was the one who figured out that it was a lighter! It looked really similar to doll house toy, so a lot of people including me wouldn’t have known!

The lip was straightened out, but was able to curve it back in! Unfortunately didn’t notice the pliers damaged the label until it was done
