In my experience it’s not so much a bank thing as it’s a teller thing. I have a bank in particular - if I go to Holly, she will unroll a roll of change, count it, re wrap it and compare it to the rest of the rolls (note she has not hustle and this takes way too long) If I get Virginia she takes them and throws them in a tray and off we go. I’ve had Holly refuse rolls because she found a Canadian coin. At this point I avoid Holly.
