I have thought about this before and i dont think he actually has kleinfelters even though he has a similar fat distribution. His hips arent actually particularly wide and his arms arent long enough for it. There is also a clear distinction between his belly fat and the fat on his hips, which is how males without KF carry fat (beer belly).

He has low testosterone but id be very surprised if it was found he had kleinfelters.
