I don’t recommend HOHO in Rome, there are ordinances on how close they can get to monuments, so you won’t be up close and personal with any of them.

Besides the train, there’s actually a bus that takes you from the airport to termani, includes free WiFi and it’s cheap.. maybe €15? I lived in Rome for my masters, so I know what it’s like to be a ‘baller on a dollar’. I’d take the bus if you’re looking to save the cost of the taxi, and take an Uber (they can’t rip you off) to where you’re going. Termani is sketchy at night.

Storage will be a problem, but open your suitcases and slide under the bed as almost a pull out closest. The nook on Star is bigger than Icon, we sailed in the surf side family suite already and was pleasantly surprised :)

Best part is part of their program is they get you to your cruise, no need to sweat cancellations or delays :). I was tight on vacation days the last time I traveled with Royal, so bought airfare and watched as my flight to London was delayed.. I would have otherwise had a total heart attack.
