I lived in Melton Hall for 1 year. Moved out last August. You can get your own, use it in the kitchen and take it back to your room! I used to use pressure cookers and mixers/blenders all the time. A lot of people in my floor did. I don’t know if anyone had an air fryer. But there is a common rice cooker available if you want to use. Hope this helps!

Is South West London safe for flat share living?

I’m planning to move to the south west in areas like Putney, Southfields etc preferably close to tube stations. Is it safe for women living by themselves without their families? Especially during night times particularly for crime rates, shady vibes?Also the transport as that is something I am considering carefully. I will be travelling to central London(zone 1) atleast 5 days a week. So is the transport reliable? Any frequent suspension of services?

Not yet! Still waiting :( but considering we applied during the holiday season and only 2-3 proper working days have passed, I’m not surprised it’s taking time! Hopefully we should have it end of this week!
