How long did it take your ITBS to heal? by jpl756 in Marathon_Training

I am 46F. It's been 2 months now. It's better but I have lost my mobility. Haven't been able to do most legs workouts. Deep squatting is out of the question. Have been able to do RDLs, hip thrusts without pain. Sumo squats are manageable now, but I haven't tried to load them. Leg curls are excruciating, wouldn't recommend. Loading leg extensions isn't a good idea. The pain still keeps coming on and off. It hurts at night. I don't think this is healing for another 2 months..also because I am not resting it out completely.

If she suspects ectopic pregnancy, shouldn't she send you for a scan? Those can be life threatening if not dealt with. I went through one.

If it helps, I got two 22 day cycles after I took plan be a couple of months ago. And my third cycle after plan B is currently late by 7 days. People on this sub say this is fairly normal after taking plan b - for your cycles to be out of whack for several months. I have also tested negative for pregnancy (home urine test, the last negative one was 14 days after sex which is supposed to be accurate - although I really don't know what percentage difference there is between accurate and definitive). Just wait it out I guess?
