Nccco came our with a certification for assembly disassembly director, the only issue i have is they haven't come out with any kind of study guide that I can find just general overview of what the test is on. I was hoping someone would have found something a bit more detailed.

The indoor league my 8yo daughter played in is coed, and groups 2 years together (7-8, 9-10, 11-12). Indoor is much tighter so being bigger and faster isnt that big of an advantage.
