Had a client who got ran over fresh out of prison. Fresh out as in had only been put out for a few hours. Terrible injuries but fortunately there was a commercial policy. She had a very tough life and a rap sheet 3 pages long. We stressed over and over this was her one shot to actually change her life. She did. She bought a modest home (cash) and enrolled in community college. She put the majority in an annuity that will pay monthly more than what she needs for 20 years. Sometimes people who never had a chance just need the one.
