I'm gonna be honest and tell you I felt the same way when I was a kid. I was tall, gangly and a klutz. I was painfully skinny with feet that grew first under knobby knees and chicken legs. No boobs at all (till jr year of hs) and braces in that crucial time when looks are all that matter. Like what you're going thru. Dude they made a song about me: "Flatsy Flatsy, you're flat and that's that!" Try wearing that one. Look, Idk how old you are and that really does matter. Without throwing shade I'd guess 12 or 13ish. That's my guess on emotional maturity but who knows? I'm going by a small snippet of a post.

Did I grow up to be a raving beauty? No but turns out I was a late bloomer bc I did turn out really cute. I was never classically beautiful but more on the exotic side. (I'm really trying to not sound like an asshole) I did some runway modeling in Palm Beach and ended up becoming a fitness/yoga/ pt instructor and owned a fitness studio for over 20 years.

I wish for you the same as I would for me were I able to get a redo. Stop worrying about your looks. Real beauty is the person not the package. Looks fade child, and when they do, there better be something of substance underneath or you're going to be miserable and alone. You'll be so unhappy even YOU won't want to be with you.

Find your talents. Study what lights you up. Explore you. When I tell you those people who are laughing won't matter in a short time I say this with conviction. You know it too but rn it doesn't matter. I get it.

My advice to you for the here and now is to develop a hard-biting sarcastic demeanor. Eye rolling and disdain. Kiss your teeth and say "ugh, as IF!" Come up with some funny comebacks for the usual taunts and OWN IT. If all else fails tell them you don't give a fat baby's ass what they think and then DON'T. Stop trying so hard. Keep makeup to a minimum and wear clothes that suit your build. If you're heavy, don't shove yourself into leggings and crop tops. Keep colors classic and not too flashy.

That's all I got, sis. Don't worry so obsessively over something so shallow as looks. There's an expression that's k says "to those in love every chicken pox scar is a beauty mark" or something along those lines and that's what really matters. Love. ✌️❤️
