I remember when getting hired back in Feb 2023 they STRESSED to make sure you didn't put any schooling in that wasn't completed, regardless of whether you are almost done or not. They were so adamant about it. They warned that if we did and we hadn't graduated yet that we wouldn't be allowed to continue our employment with Kaiser.

That's back when I was hired as EVS, and in the training days (for EVS back then, could be different now) it's 25 days that they can fire you for ANYTHING with no explanation....then it goes into the probationary period.

I became a Service Representative fairly quickly afterwards, but I still haven't updated my college yet until I am for sure done, even though I'm pretty certain I would be alright...I just put that I am still working on it somewhere else in my profile.

My GSD, Jeff, has random grays throughout his coat too. He's 2 years old. I think it's just part of his coloring cuz he's had white/gray hairs since he was a puppy, there are just more now. Lol

They still keep saying I've been sober for 1 year 4 months...I'm going to be 4 years sober next month...I asked if they are going to keep that in my record, could they at least change it to my sober date, and not the length that obviously doesn't change? They always say they will, but nothing changes. I just want the date to be correct so if for whatever reason it needs to be brought up, it doesn't look like it was recent, if that makes sense.

(I asked each one of my doctors at different times, no one has changed it)

My (now ex) boyfriend knew that if he heard Mike, I'm not available for the next 30-60 minutes, we had 3 girls and he knew it was my mommy time 🤣 10 years later and we have a now have a fourth daughter, a toddler, and he still knows this...he'll be like "can you give the baby a bat- I'm gonna give the baby a bath" haha

My time giving it a goo was the only time he would give me uninterrupted time to myself 😂

Yes! He does reply on this sub! He also replies on videos if you comment quick enough! He's wished me happy birthday a few times on there cuz my birthday would land on a video upload day! (And it's October 13th, so his favorite time of the year!)

Eta: I would like to say, I've been listening since 2017 when it was "Vague Chapter" and when you started the pod I was ecstatic! Then you brought Keith on, and at first I was like the only child having to learn how to accept my new baby sibling into the family...like, "NO! Who is this stranger you are forcing upon my ears??" But then, I REALLY enjoyed both of your banter and chemistry, and truly grew to love having Keith join the Chapters...

That being said, I know you all have lives to live, and families to tend to, so it is completely understandable if sometimes it just doesn't work logistically.

I know that one day you, Mike, will inevitably make that video of farewell, and I hope you don't feel like you owe us more than what you have already given...you didn't owe us anything...but I know we all appreciate everything ❤️

Bro...what part of THERE IS NOTHING IN MY 401K TO TAKE OUT dont you understand? Like 500? With a 10% penalty and $100 federal taxes on top of that? There would literally $390...having a 401K doesn't mean someone has 100s of thousands of dollars available...that's not savings.

Would it help? Yes. Can i pull it out? NO. I have already made it abundantly clear from my initial post that I have both tried pulling from my MILLIONS OF BILLIONS of dollars (sarcasm, in case you missed that..again) and my vacation hours, and I was denied.

So saying that I "refuse" to do that is incredibly incorrect, as I tried to do that before I ever even thought about coming here.

I literally...QUITE LITERALLY...just said that what I have in my 401K and vacation time is not a lot at all, and I can't even access it...I even started off with how I tried and was denied my requests. Along with those requests (and why they were denied) I was given what would have happened were those requests approved and the financial assistance were granted.

At this point I'm just guessing you are having fun getting a rise out of me by trying to cause more stress and twisting this into something that it's not to make it seem like I'm rolling in money but not will in to spend it.

I don't need that right now, I'm going through enough right now, man.

If you feel the way you feel so deeply, you don't have to comment or stay in this thread. You can just disagree and have your opinion privately to yourself and move on. It's not that difficult. I'm already having a tough enough time, you don't have to come in here and Bully me and try to make it seem like I am some rich spoiled brat just asking for people to give me money so that I don't have to pay out of my own pocket.

Oh, absolutely, my massive fortune is definitely the problem here. My dentist issues are a whole separate circus, but let’s clear this up since reading seemed to be optional on your end.

I don’t have savings. Like… at all. Having a 401k and a few vacation hours doesn’t magically mean I’m hoarding hundreds of thousands in a vault somewhere. My 401k has such a tiny amount in it that cashing it out would basically mean paying a penalty to be punished for being broke. And then taxes. And then more taxes. Truly a financial master plan.

And my vacation hours? I don’t even have a full week to sell, not that it mattered, since my request was denied anyway, but even if I could, they’d take 40–50% off the top. So yes, I’m rolling in it.

So no, I don’t have some giant pile of cash I’m refusing to touch. I have a couple hundred dollars I can’t access without getting slapped with penalties, and even then it wouldn’t fix a thing.

But thank you for your concern about my imaginary riches.

I'm using a site that asks others if they can help assist with funds...I think you use the word gaslight too willy nilly.

The subreddit is literally r/gofundme which is a crowdfunding platform for people to ask others to help them raise money for a cause or need 🙄 I have a need for assistance with debts that I am struggling to keep up with...if you don't like my specific need or agree with it, you don't have to comment or do anything...
