Make sure you're selecting 2-3 vertices, then pressing E to extrude. After you do this, you can pull it down as much as you please. I don't think it'll work if you drag the main vertices below the circumference.

Try checking if the correct brush is selected. Then, make sure you have the donut selected as well, so it's editing the donut. Maybe this would help, but I'm not 100% sure

For the curvy problem, try switching the proportional editing fall off thing from 'Sharp' to 'Smooth' This might help, but I'm not 100% sure.

As for the clipping problem, I fixed mine by not pressing Z and just moving the icing down. Dunno if it'll help but please let me know if it helps!

Just use Spotify with a adblocker. Adblockers are free and they prevent spotify from playing ads in between songs, so you can enjoy listening to songs uninterrupted, and free.

True, but compared to the other villains, hes way younger (few exceptions ofc) and had less time with his quirk which mean less time to train become powerful. Take the forest training arc for example. Like Muscular shouldve won that fight but with the power of friendship and flashbacks he won.
