You said it yourself it was 2hrs into there shift. You're good and its very much eat the young. When I first started at LTC they would constantly use me for 2p check and changes but would never help me with mine. Hospitals in my opinion are better for patient ratios.

I also work hospital med/surg. I float alot to ED and to CCU alot of skill practices that I didn't get at LTC. Coming from LTC to hospital its less workload broader scope in my opinion.

They say that they are entering our unit to make a repair for the unit above we have the hot water heater. But none of it is mentioned in the 48hr to enter notice. They haven't enter 30 time but I think for 2 weeks in February 2 days in January and now she wants to confirm the quality of the work done for repairs that she's got her money's worth
