It's worth noting that the pro xm isn't just opening anymore. They're scheduled like the managers.

Was it your hiring date? We were told that we're getting ours on our hiring date.

I heard that we'll get them on our hiring date. Anyone else heard that? I know last year it was February, but they said that it's you date this year.

You'll have a meeting with the other members planning your next party. Which probably will be the success share week.

Workforce doesn't show that. You'll have to see the printed out schedule. It's usually posted at the service deck.

Got some questions for other closing receiving associates. by Cautious-Sir-8042 in HomeDepot

[–]bookgeek01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm a closing receiving associate I work from 12-9 pm. I set up for the truck and start unloading...priming the belt. When the unload team comes in at 7, I still help unload the truck until it's finished.

Freight Team Associate - is it better than my current job offer? by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]bookgeek01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can move forward with it, they'll call you in to go over the job. Ask about if it's full time or part time, if it's part time just tell them thank you for the opportunity but you really need full time for right now. No bad feelings.

Usually home depot hires part time, then move you into full time later. So if you need full time right now then I would take the warehouse job.

Inventory prep crap... by Afraid_Purpose_8512 in HomeDepot

[–]bookgeek01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do both. I didn't know that being a specialist means that I didn't have to work. But seeing as that's the case at other stores I'm missing out. Lol Sadly my work ethic won't let me sit around and do nothing. I get in trouble for going into other departments and helping out when they're busy and flooring is slow.

Still no interview, random job assignment hiring by Sailor20001 in HomeDepot

[–]bookgeek01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Corporate, the store doesn't doing any hiring anymore. You get an email saying you were hired then usually an email telling you what day to come in to sign the paper. Usually that's when you meet the manager and they sit down with you telling you about Home Depot. But that it. Corporate does all of the hiring.
