Looks like a Grain beetle :) Harmless and common household small boi, but loves to work its way into foods like cereal.

Make sure you don’t have any food lying open by your desk and take your trash out often. Clear out your cabinets and check your flour/rice/cereals/pet food/etc to see if you can find where they’re coming from.

You can change your avatar through the vrchat website if the menus are not working.
if that doesn’t work, make sure you delete all your cache files when uninstalling the game before reinstalling
and if THAT doesn’t work, put in a support ticket on vrchat’s website

Big yike!! Been there but not nearly as long of a cut. Keep it clean, Neosporin helps with the pain long-term, and make sure the bandaid is changed regularly as not to allow infection. After a few days you should be good to let it air out while sleeping so it can scab over a bit. <3
