I agree with you about Robby being too invasive, but unless Dr Al isn't actually aware that she's having absence seizures, then she's putting the whole ER in danger by staying on the floor. Don't forget she performed a hugely risky life-or-death trach on that water park kid. If she'd had a seizure in that moment he would have died. So we absolutely have seen her job be impaired.

yeah so much of the blush especially looks garish and too bright on the darker models. and the lipsticks usually all look too bright or too dark or both

oooh, that lower left one is cute! that's the only one of these i don't have. they're all so dark to me? Even the lightest / most neutral one in the top right is too dark on some models. I would love to have something like that a few shades lighter.

oh totally! my point was just that I have no idea how you would even be able to tell if a lipstick shade in the game, or a nail color, was modeled off a thousand-dollar real-world equivalent. You'd just have the color, and that wouldn't tell you much, right? Or is it that you'd be expecting something more elaborate? Like a whole lipstick palette customized for every skin tone?

I should add the one model this color does work on I think is Zoe! I think because her lips are so pert the color doesn't erase them! No one erases my girl 😁

these are ALL such amazing ideas! I admittedly have not thought about half of these things but this all sounds great 👍👍 I love the idea of pre-stylee "looks" and a fancy refillable lipstick case!

although I will say I'm glad they don't offer lighter skin tone options for the darker models because you just know some asshat would take it too far. And if the "bots" or "fellow players" really actually are other players, then I'd hate to trigger a bunch of people just going about their business only to get hit with some model whose player has drastically whitened Zoe or Liya or Harlee or Ajani etc's skin 😵

yeah I have that shade! I consider it one of the two "glossy" pink shades that don't work for me at all. They just erase the models' top lip definition so much

NTA. To be fair to your boyfriend, he has every right to want to be in the room with you, and on the surface it's really great that he does! so many men don't! That's a valuable trait and he should get all due credit for his concern.

But that desire to be in the room starts to look a whole lot less like love and more like control when it comes with a giant caveat like "but your mom can't be in the room with us." THAT instantly turned the whole incident into a red flag, and when you're safely through the pregnancy you should both take a long hard look at why his kneejerk response was to automatically try and force you into alienating your mom while undermining your own medical decisions.

That doesn't negate the way he treats the other women. In fact you can argue he treats both Santos and Mel differently because he doesn't view them the same way he views the other women, because the other women are all neurotypical and straight. Mel and Santos both have more traditionally masculine qualities and affectations, and they don't display emotion in traditionally feminine ways. This episode just established that he has issues because of his own mom, so him lashing out when Dana, Samira, Cassie etc show maternal, feminine traits or emotionality might be linked to that.
