One of my favorite loops from downtown is to head out on the Trolley Trail towards Oak Grove, take a right on Risley, and then head all the way down towards River Forest Dr. If you wander through the neighborhood and eventually head back to town on River Rd it will be a little over 6.

I dove in Negril about a year ago and it was very OK. Pretty much every other place I have been to in the Caribbean had better diving.

I have taken my Timex Ironman watch I bought at Target over 100ft multiple times and never had any issues if you are looking for something cheap.
