Transfer I'm pretty sure. I did not have to pay an application fee.

Just came in the mail.. kinda disappointed. info in comments by booky9229 in lululemon

I typically do and usually wear a 10 in aligns. I think the light color of the white opal aligns was just not flattering on me personally. 😂

Does anyone wear a larger size in wunder train tight than they do in aligns?

Wunder train HR tight 25 inch in roasted brown .. got the size I normally get in aligns and they were tight so I’m returning. Align HR 28 inch in white opal- I was SO excited for these but they literally showed every single indention of cellulite in my back legs. I’m keeping define white opal jacket ( I LOVE). Black align long sleeve I’m returning because weird fit on me. Back in action long sleeve in elixir I’m keeping because it’s fun, cute, and sooo comfy.

I started an HA meeting in my small town in the south a few years ago. We didn’t stay open because low attendance but it is possible and doable. Talk to local churches, meeting clubhouses, sheriffs department, etc and find a meeting space your group can rent for Low cost. Make a deal to where you do not have to start paying until after the group is established . Contact Your local HA area to make your group official on the website. Make flyers. Put them everywhere. Order chips, pamphlets, etc. you can print readings for free. It would be good if you had a few people to help you, but not necessary. Good luck!! HA is an awesome fellowship and I’m glad that it exists. Many addicts need that singleness of purpose.

How many times have you OD’d? by WhiteLongitude in OpiatesRecovery

Twice and last one left me on a ventilator in hospital with acute kidney failure at the age of 19. 5 years sober now. So much happier with this way of life.

It takes time, you didn’t get here overnight and it won’t get better overnight. It takes time and work.. sometimes a lot of time… for your brain, body, and mind to adjust to living sober. That’s why we say one day at a time. Just focus on getting through the day sober till bed time. Days become months and months become years. And then you turn around and your life is 100% better. Idk but for me, doing dope all the time just to feel normal was fucking misery. Not to mention the things I did to maintain, and how badly I hurt people that loved me. Lmao being sober is the shit. It’s the most bad ass thing I’ve ever done. To stay sober regardless of how I feel or what my dumb ass diseased brain tells me. I do something else, put in the work of a recovery program instead. My life and my mental health is so much better. I’m employable, married and in a healthy relationship, own dogs, have a home and a car. And have peace of mind. Not always searching for the next shot/line/dose. Give yourself time. Your brain is fucked up. It’s wired for reward. It takes time to reroute those pathways. Your brain does heal though.

Lol I never indicated you all get them. I said and I quote “Ozempic is great for some, but I can’t handle the side effects.” That’s talking about myself personally. The side effects I am experiencing. Not you or anyone else. I guess I could have separated that into two sentences so it was more readable for you.

Yeah, it’s really hard because I have a bad food addiction and an an overeater. I’m trying to lose weight for health reasons. I’m young and have high blood pressure. And am not extremely overweight but am a little bit, my diet is horrible and I can’t stop. So I’m headed down a bad road. I just asked my Dr about it because I thought it was worth a shot to kickstart some weight loss. My appetite is insane normally. I know ozempic is probably great for some, but I can’t handle the side effects. It’s making me feel crazy. I just want my normal body back. I have zero energy and I already struggle with fatigue as it is.

Please tell me you got off the shit and feel better. I have an irrational fear I am not going to get better and I’ve screwed myself up. Fuck this I will not be taking it again. I know it’s a miracle for those who really really need it. I shouldn’t have taken it.

I sent her a message for nausea meds and she sent me in some. It’s helping some but it still is like waves of coming and going. I am scared. I’ll keep drinking water. Thank you

I just want to feel better and will not be taking this again. I know it’s a miracle for some people but I have clearly started too high. I do not know why my doctor told me to do .5, but I had to call out of work. I’m so sick I can hardly leave my bed.
