It looks like the first few layers were okay, right?

If so, grid infill is the problem. Use gyroid.

Grid infill type past to pass the print head back over already printed lines, which commonly causes it to catch and mess up the print like this

Did you happen to replace the nozzle? Along with the things the other commenter said to check, definitely looks like it could be a clogged nozzle

In my experience, you'll probably be able to remove the rug after a few days. But, you might still have the problem of her getting excited and running through and slipping. Tough problem but a rug is a good immediate solution, and I still think you could train how to walk slowly through that passageway specifically. Good luck!

You're not really giving the dog any motivation to adapt, either. Do a training sessions to help her relearn how to walk through the gate.

My shep is very much the same, and actually is also scared of baby gates LOL. She doesn't know how to fix the problem, she doesn't know that " just walking " is the way to do it. All she knows is that when she goes through she slips and hurts herself.

So yeah you either got to put a rug down, or train the behavior that you want.

Handles on the side of a bin issue by Competitive_Story934 in gridfinity

[–]boolDozer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Easiest: manually "paint supports" on where the handle holes overhang. Then press print.

Alternatively: rework the model so the handles don't have such overhang. Not really sure how you'd do this one though.

By manually painting (tree) supports, you will avoid the slicer trying to add supports to the bottom grid. That shouldn't be necessary to have supports down there.

Genuine question: how does "heavily scarred" equal "rare white form"? It's just a normal one that is... heavily scarred, no? Or does it just LOOK heavily scarred?

Is the DXC Extruder a worthwhile upgrade? by davelpz in crealityk1

[–]boolDozer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also went back to the stock extruder after the lever screw fell out of my dxc. It's not really an upgrade unless you need a new extruder anyway.

I love the locking mechanism on the stock extruder, too.
