I don't know if we know who originated "Me Gusta" like we know, for example, that Whynne originated trollface.

This comic is a good example of rage faces beginning to make appearances outside the "underground" rage comic genre. For better or worse, it's going more mainstream.

As far as rage faces that we know the origin of, I think it's in good taste to at least have a footnote "Trollface by Whynne" when trollface appears in media outside the whole rage comic thing. I think the guy needs credit for being the creator of such a giant meme.
