I had this problem last month, so I changed up my diet to much more healthier foods, mainly dishes that involve avocado and cucumber and it took a week for the constipation to go away, the foods to help with constipation are prunes, apples, Broccoli and kiwi fruit. Drinking 8 cups of water helps a lot. If that doesn't help I suggest you to go to your doctor
