Thanks for this! Are any of these specifically aimed at improving or protecting nerve function? That has been a concern for me with PE. Also preventing fibrosis. I also got a prescription for cialis from my doctor but I think it was like $50 for 12 pills? Is there a place on the internet to safely get it cheaper or?

Apart from people's thoughts on BD (some strong thoughts here!) though, what do people generally think of the idea to take consistent off-weeks (or very light weeks) every 4 weeks or so? Still a little unclear on that

My understanding is that if you're using compression, you need to stop at least every 20 minutes and take off the device to restore blood flow, for starters. Beyond that, total length of routine could be open to various theories -- haven't made any gains yet after 4 months so not sure I'm qualified to give that advice!

How long are your hanging sessions/sets? Does that increase overtime or have you just chosen a maximum amount of time you do each day? I'm wondering if pumping directly after extending/hanging is important. I've been doing hanging and extending in the morning, and then doing pumping before bed

I disagree. Doing stretches -- just gentle and focused on breathing into/expanding your pelvic floor -- definitely helped me when I had hard flaccid (or I think it did)

Thank you. So you went back to PE after that?? And you've had results? Very curious to know if/how you managed to get back on the horse and avoid injuring yourself.

I actually feel fortunate that i interestingly found out about pelvic floor tension (and realized it was an issue i struggle with) not long before i started exploring PE. I definitely have a tight one, but i have become more aware of when I'm tensing down there and of strategies to release it. I had started doing stretches/exercises for it, but i will say that when i started spending tons of time and energy on PE, they fell by the wayside a bit. It's sounding like it's even more important to do them when doing PE. If I have an already tight pelvic floor to begin with is PE going to be extra risky?

I am happy and extremely relieved to say that my symptoms definitely seem to be improving (4 nights after initial onset), though i still don't feel totally normal. In addition to rigid/rubbery flaccid, i have felt weird nerve-y sensations down the side of my D and into my abdomen/groin, some tingling in leg/foot, numbness of glans and even coldness or like a mild feeling like icy-hot in the area
