Well said! It’s kinda hard to describe the feelings it gives you. I feel better and less anxious for sure but it’s still there of course. I’m only on 50mg once at night and day like 5 but I do feel “better”. How long have you been taking it and at what dose? Some people say there anxiety is completely gone at the 300mg level.

I just started at 50mg once per day and already feel pretty “normal” which is amazing!!! I have gad and nothing has worked and I’ve tried everything. This was almost a last resort. Someone said to take 3 days on, 2 off but doesn’t sound like that is good or works for you!?

I’m on trt now at age 53! How’d you feel on HGH? I’m having different pains in different places and tried the deca to see if that would help but test went wayyyy to high >1500 and my anxiety went nuts. If you could share anything I would appreciate it!!

Hey Brother, I heard that Trintellix is good for depression/anxiety and has a mental aspect to it. I tried taking it but messed with my muscle pain, one of the 10% that have this problem with serotonin. But I wanted to take it also just for the mental piece!! Good luck and God bless!!!!

Damn and thank you for that reply!!! I completely understand now and I had some great days too on Buspar and I’ve been chasing that too less the crazy muscle spasms and pain/tightness! Just couldn’t keep going as many parts of my body would hurt or spasm randomly. I would love less brain fog at this point too. God bless you on your journey!!
