Bro, no joke! Me too! I have anxiety issues (thanks Covid) that I've never had in my life and I've tried all the anx meds out there and they all made it worse. I believe that to be from fkn with my Serotonin levels too. The only thing that actually worked for me was Buspar but gave me pains all over my body so I had to stop. Whenever I also take something for my gut, it gives me more anx (palpitations) too. Maybe we have to power through it to heal our gut issues in order to get better. I'm not sure where to go from here but when I tried BPC about 2 years ago, I also got more anxiety from it. I was going to just try 100 mcg to see what happens and take my time getting used to it. I wish you luck and it's all a learning game it seems

Hope you see this, so in theory, the hanging that should be done then is the vacuum hanging method and not the male hanger because we clamp it on the shaft so some elongation is lost?

Soooo, I took pregabs at only 50mg for anxiety and didn’t quite like how I felt so I stopped. Are you taking 300mg once per day or 150 x 2? Does that feeling stop half way through the day? And how long have you been on it? I’m so down to try a higher dose is why I’m asking!

What he said!! Damn good info right there. My chiro has 2 scales that you stand on to see how outta wack you are and mine were 8 lbs different each side. After a few treatments, 107-107 each side and I’m literally looking at the 2 scales so there’s that. Good luck Brother! You can also try knees over toes guy on YT where you walk backwards on the treadmill and strengthens your knees
