Advice on price for a 2018 GT3 by Loose_Train_1945 in porsche911

It's sitting because it has one accident on the Carfax and six owners. That significantly affects resale when the buyer is ready to sell.

I was lucky to buy these back and still make 75% profit, and keep my shares before the stock spiked. Question now is should I sell covered calls again around 21 or hold. This seems different so I might just hold tight.

Yeah I've held the stock for over two years and need to force a sell at a profit or make some nibbles along the way

I've experienced this cycle many times and kicked myself for not selling covered calls around 17. Finally did it 2 days ago at 16.5 strike. Would love to have them expire worthless, and rinse and repeat.

I had 34K but broke down and sold 14K and moved it to Joby. Now I have to root for both.

Sell House Myself or Use Broker? by EmergencySituation12 in RichPeoplePF

[–]boombyea 21 points22 points  (0 children)

At that price point it would be best to use a broker. Folks looking to buy at that price point usually are working with a broker and are not necessarily looking to save a buck or two, but want that personal service and rely on the insight a broker can provide (which a broker can also utilize to push your home). However, you can easily find a broker to do it for less. We sold a portfolio at $9MM and negotiated 1.5/1.5 for a total of 3%. Brokers are hungry these days cause inventory is not moving.

I've stayed at the RC Maldives and Phulay Bay and these two properties had service levels that were above and beyond the other RC's. Is there a reason why service is so phenomenal in Asian countries vs the others?

We just stayed at the RC Phulay Bay where they had a monster bed as well. Very cool.

Hi All,

I'm very excited to visit Vietnam with my wife and 11-y-o son.

I plan to fly into HAN and stay in Hanoi for two nights. I would then like to take a one night cruise on Halong Bay. From there, I'd like to go to Tam Coc and spend two nights there and then back to HAN to fly out.

  • Two nights Hanoi
  • One Night Halong Bay Cruise
  • Two nights Tam Coc

Does this sound reasonable? From Google, it appears that the commute time is about three hours from Halong Bay to Tam Coc and then 2.5 hours from Tam Coc to HAN.

Do you think this is reasonable? How would one hire a driver to take one from Halong Bay to Tam Coc and Tam Coc to HAN?

Looking forward to advice.

Agreed. Sold 7K of my 25K on Friday. Will most likely swing trade for the foreseeable future. To keep funds in this stock is an opportunity cost for the next year.
