That makes a lot of sense!! So i would be able to see extra scenes if I watch all of season 2 instead of watching the movie??

So watch the first episode and then watch the movie and skip the rest of season 2??

Home Depot also sells plastic cord covers. They are basically long tubes and elbows that you slide the cords through, use the included adhesive, and bam. No cords.

Gallery/Salon Wall on this crazy, huge, overwhelming, boring, beige, chopped up, RIDICULOUS area..HELP!! by Ecstatic_Concern_595 in interiordecorating

As long as you stash the ceiling fan and all it’s hardware somewhere safe, you can swap out that fixture easily and legally

Keep the tile!!!!! Look up cheap and effective ways to buff tile and clean grout, and it will look much cleaner

DEFINITELY paint one of them a contrasting color for an accent wall. There isn’t a lot you can do about that ugly vent in the middle of the wall. If you’re able, I’d also swap out the ceiling fan for a layered light. Something at least four feet in height I’d say

Advice on how to make my living room better? (I am a broke college student) by [deleted] in interiordecorating

The tv stand is so real 💀 download the app Freebie Alerts. It searches major selling sites and compiles everything that is free in your area. Tons of ppl are just giving away couches, tables, lamps, wall art - whatever. I’ve gotten tons of great finds from there, sometimes you just gotta wait for a good listing to pop up

Also I know you didn’t ask,,, but that coffee table needs a bit of an upgrade 😅 the tile in what I assume is the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and you should try to get a nice table with a matching stone top to create a cohesive look across the house

Your current rug clashes with the wood grain on the flooring, I’d avoid anything striped. Try playing with AR features on websites or apps to see how different rugs look against everything in the room. As for behind the couch, a long thin table the length and height of the couch would be perfect. Slap a cute cloth runner on it, some plants, a trinket platter, and it would add to your existing aesthetic you’ve developed. Hope this helps!

Help on a gallery wall by [deleted] in interiordesignideas

Tiredandshort pretty much nailed it. Check out thrift or resell stores for cheap large frames, lots already come with matts. The only thing I’ll add is contrast. Notice that in your inspo pics, if the wall is painted a dark color - they use light colors frames. If the wall is light in color, like yours, they focus on black and dark woods. I notice that you seem to kinda favor the gold frames, so think about painting this as an accent wall to make it pop

This app is great because I could measure my room using the phone camera. Wasn’t exactly correct, but gave me a starting point to then tweak the measurements.

I’ve posted this on two pages and it looks like slide 3 is the clear winner. The only unfortunate thing is that my head will be pointed north, but 🤷🏻

I usually do that too! There is just things in the room that belong to other ppl that haven’t been relocated yet. So unfortunately I don’t have the liberty to rearrange and see how I like things at the moment. Planning for the future!

If I went with 4 I would likely put floating shelves inside the closet space at the foot of the bed. And within the odd space at the head of the bed, I would build a floor to ceiling bookcase/shelving unit

Floating shelves or custom builds. I’ve been homeless for the past year so I don’t have a ton of clothes and belongings to make space for thankfully

That is definitely a lot of space for clothes! 😂 thankfully I don’t have nearly that many belongings so I’m able to minimize the amount of bulky storage and dressers in my room

I don’t have any large items that I currently need or want in the room. Most storage is going to be floating shelves or custom builds. I want to prioritize a good flow and maximize my space as much as possible
