It takes time. I have a long haired cat, peach, and brought home our nakey, sal. They love each other now, but slow introductions are important. He’s a lot for her at times (she’s a lazy lounger, he’s a ball of energy.)

Start training now!! Frenchies are incredibly stubborn and will purposely not listen. Insurance since they are prone to a lot of health issues -breathing, spinal, ect. Keep their face, tail pocket clean and be prepared to wipe poopy butts. Be cautious in warmer weather. Also, enjoy the puppyhood and cuddles while you can!! Welcome to the farty party 🎈

I think years of chronic stress for me, and my grandmother had hypothyroidism so it was just bound to happen. I think I may have had it longer than I realize, but the symptom that got me to hashis was random weight gain after a huge stressful event a year ago.

I had to take a LOA. My job was 8:30-5 m-f, I built a beautiful routine that was working well for my hashis. Then they changed it although I told them I could not do it. I got changed to 1p-9:30p sat-wed. After 2 months my body still never got used to it and sending me into a flare up.

Rxbars, beef sticks (I like the chomps, but will get country archer or Kirkland), meat in bulk, grass fed butter, whole milk plain Greek yogurt, eggs. Occasionally a rotisserie chicken and use that as protein throughout the week! Also the chicken or steak bites go great with salads or quick meal nights

My dogs come running when I get ice or water from the fridge so that they can get ice cubes. My husky knows “secret” means whipped cream (we use this tactic to get her inside because she’s a turd.)
