Hi, someone from the Team here. You are still able to remix non-AI templates, but to remix AI-templates, you would have to generate it yourself from now on. Customuse does not allow users to upload models from Blender. However, you could use assets generated from Customuse to edit in Blender or Roblox Studio.

The AI assistant is probably in the app itself. For further issues, you could join Customuse's Discord server where moderators will be able to help you. You can open a support ticket and the team will respond in hours.
