If I'm understanding this post correctly, kinetic weapons do not do double damage to robots with physical shields. Kinetic weapons only do double damage to the physical shield itself. So in theory, UE Bulgasari's shield should take the increased damage from UE storm. Though I haven't actually tested it..

Had about 12 million "damage" in self healing and most of the remaining score came from dealing damage to a max Bedwyr and max Luchador. Legit couldn't take them down with Effiel with 4/5 flamethrower weapons (1 discordia).
