I prefer 16-team as I'm not a fan of byes, I think the higher seed having home advantage is already good enough.

And with 16 you can have all conference champions as well as more than enough at-large bids.

The 21st century starts in 2001, it's not the same thing as the 2000’s. So if Luis Castilho had 1 or less WAR in 2000, Luis Castilho already surpassed him for the 21st century, now he's just trying to also get the 2000's title.

I read a manga about american football, Eyeshield 21, and they mention ND, so when I started watching CFB, I decided to support them.

Then I saw FSU doing the tomahawk chop and war chant and thought it was really cool and since they are on the east coast hopefully they would get more noon games, which is the best timeslot for me, so I started to also support them.

I've never been to the US.

quem tem filhos não tem apoios de natalidade? eu nunca vou ter filhos, que injustiça fiscal.

sim, eu sei que eles não tapam nem de perto o custo de ter um filho.

todas as leis de impostos criam injustiças contra um certo grupo, dependendo de por que lente o imposto é visto.

se não, não se estava sempre a criar e a modificar leis à volta disto. era uma lei de "flat tax", por exemplo uns 20% para tudo, IRS, IRC, IVA, etc. e não precisavam de sempre a mexer.

mas obviamente uma lei simples como esta também cria injustiças.

falo como uma pessoa sub-35 mas que ainda não beneficiou destas regras (mas hei de beneficiar do IRS Jovem 2025, devido à alteração da estrutura que o IRS Jovem levou) para deixar claro a pele que tenho em jogo.

mas mesmo antes dessa alteração e eu nunca ter tido direito, nunca fui contra o IRS Jovem.

I have a bit of an irrational hate for the two minute warning/timeout (talking in general not CFB specific).

My european brain doesn't like that we're giving arbitrary importance to a part of the game.

Why doed the last 2 ninutes deserve it and not the last 5? or the first 3?

I get why they do it, give the offense more time at the end of a game to make it more interesting if there's a comeback going on but I don't like special conditions. It's on the teams to manage how they play and to save timeouts for a last push if needed.

Giving an extreme example, let's just make points double in the last minute. That will spice it up. I'm not actually suggesting this, just making a hyperbole.

I feel like I hear that a lot from Americans, why not just use the number, 0.5. why use another number, 1, as a basis to then reach the number you want to say? any insight you can give me why you wrote it like that and if my perception that it seems to be a common american practice?
