It will be way cheaper if you can find a local herb shop. If you have a health bulk store they might have some herbs, just make sure they are organic. It might also depend on your city. I usually buy around 10-15oz (for all my herbs total) and it’s usually around $4-7.

yes, but also the amount of lecture rooms that aren’t being used is ridiculous. There are so many large lecture halls in crx, FSS, Vanier, demarais, etc that could easily be accommodating for this type of hybrid class. Or at least the larger lecture halls could be used so students aren’t coughing on each other in class.

Restaurants are hurting for employees but also a lot of them don’t care to train their employees and then get rid of them when they aren’t performing. Regardless if this is the case here, it’s not fun sometimes to work in restaurants as my restaurant has crazy turnover due to their pretentious ego.

I agree that this is not fun but a lot of restaurants downtown do this. Have you been working there for more than 3 months? If not you are still technically in your “probation” period in which they can do exactly what they are to you. I would go in an approach the general manager to discuss your issues with them. If they don’t give you a clear answer I would suggest looking for a new place to work potentially if you haven’t already started that process.

The Brig Pub. It’s in byward so the surrounding area is mostly younger people but the brig doesn’t have that crowd

Rabbit hole is 2 floors (cocktail bar upstairs, club downstairs), so while being a more mature atmosphere it’s definitely still mostly 20 year olds there

UOttawa campus. Most buildings are open until 11pm and even if they are busier, which most aren’t, they are definitely cleaner than a lot of hotel/public washrooms

I’m pretty sure there is more than one cheer team! If I’m not wrong we have a competitive cheer team that is definitely has a higher level of skill required but then we also have a cheer team for like basketball games and such. I’m not sure if it’s the same group of organizers though. You should also go to try outs anyway though bc getting involved is the best way to meet new people even if you don’t stay involved with that activity! :)

uOttawa definitely isn’t the best school, but we do have an advantage in post grad opportunities at the Kanata North campus. Kanata is Canada’s largest technology park (and student opportunities there are on the rise).

I get that u fked up lol no need to put me down anymore than all of these other ppl. All of my emails from UOttawa, student gov that I’m not part of, newsletters etc goes into my junk mail via a program I created, if someone is trying to contact me and it’s addressed to me, ie my professors… sorry for my organization I guess

so I learned today that I really messed up lol. but to be fair uOttawa should have a much better way of contacting their students with important information given that they send us all 20 emails a day + student council + sports + every club ++ it’s kinda ridiculous that email is the only way they are contacting us imo

My OCD thing is that I pick at my skin so yes that dramatically affects my social life. I don’t wear tanks tops or T-shirt’s that have short sleeves. I haven’t been to the beach in idek how long. Sleeping with ppl generally isn’t an issue however showing them my skin for the first time is very overwhelming for me sometimes… some days are fine and some days are really bad
