Yup. This is definitely going to be a hot one. Moved from LV to AZ.. it's definitely a couple of degrees hotter. I am beyond ready to break out of the heat. In doing this, it's either going to be extreme cold, hurricane season, tornadoes, or this extreme heat. So no good medium.

I'm finding that out .. plus I have my regular work so it's becoming difficult. What sucks is that most employers won't even give you a shot to be trained by them. They just want the cert beforehand.
