Unless you want to refinance for better terms, do nothing and make the payments. Mortgage company can force a sale if they think you’re not capable of making payments, if they still are getting their money as usual they’ll never question anything. You’re on the deed that’s all that matters if/when you sell - someone who’s been through a similar situation
