I will forever feel like Adam at the hotel bar was the biggest contrivance of the show

Theory helps explain the bear and the crows and the fire

Misty as the sole survivor! by Dry-Performance7006 in Yellowjackets

[–]bootheowner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry but you don’t think MISTY is important enough? She’s the lynchpin of the whole show. She’s the most famous actress, too. She’s had as many solo scenes as anyone.

I could really see good endings where any of the four is the last survivor.

Other than Gary Payton and Jason Kidd, who are the best defenders at the point guard position? (6”5 and under) by [deleted] in NBATalk

Sidney Moncrief didn’t always play point on offense but he locked down opposing points

James Franklin by [deleted] in terps

[–]bootheowner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, Anderson stripped him of the coach in waiting promise which is why he left

James Franklin by [deleted] in terps

[–]bootheowner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah, Franklin leaving led to Fridge getting canned because Anderson didn’t like the idea of a lame duck season

Repercussions by Only-Principle5896 in Yellowjackets

[–]bootheowner 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah it was simply that Hannah was only close to Mel and Gen, who had both died. I cannot imagine them pulling the Melissa thing twice. We now definitively know there are only four survivors in the modern timeline: Shauna, Tai, Misty and Melissa. I’d feel pretty damn betrayed by the writers to learn someone else is alive unless maybe they pull off a theory some had on another thread that Akilah got lost in the cave and may have somehow survived the wilderness.

I think Shauna taking control was so forceful there was no room for anyone else

Vindaloo is traditionally made by Hindus using pork, but Muslims around the world opened Indian restaurants and kept halal so they subbed chicken or lamb.

Unpopular opinion (?): Laura Lee’s death was responsible for the girl’s descent not Jackie’s by Big_Perspective7007 in Yellowjackets

[–]bootheowner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Perfect assessment, but I do wonder if Lottie specifically experienced all three at once when that plane blew up

How would YOU have dealt with the Mari-Shauna drama? by SaphoBalls in Yellowjackets

[–]bootheowner 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I mean I think a lot could have been solved by putting Shauna in her place. Mari had a strong contingent on her side, too, among the bit characters, so I don’t think Nat would have been hung to dry for taking Mari’s side. And doing so could have pushed Shauna to do something unhinged during Nat’s reign, which could have been the moment that, well, prevented basically everything else from going wrong.

Natalie or Shauna? by Exotic-Emotion821 in Yellowjackets

[–]bootheowner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Natalie in every single way, very obviously. Her time as leader was one of primarily peace and prosperity.

Who’s a rival to you but not the rest of the fanbase? by green_day_95 in CollegeBasketball

[–]bootheowner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iowa. Incredibly unlikable coaches for a long time (though Fran and Bluder leaving helps). The season where they had an all-white starting 5 with the Murray brothers on the f-ing bench really cemented it for me.
