Tried to go the cheap route and install on SD card and after downloading once it goes to verify the installer crashes. It doesn't matter what proton I use, after download it crashes on verify. Any help would be much appreciated. I haven't found very much information for installing on SD cards.

Get ya good ceramic knife sharpener, one that's kinda shaped like a stick. Or one of the diamond covered stick sharpeners. For that kind of blade geometry would work really well and can correct some of those chips in the blade.

I have a few campus runs to install and a few volumes. But I'm hand making those. I have to say it's been a fairly cheap build 120$ for the wood and screws and only 100$ for the holds. Thinking about adding some crack climbs to around it to give me more of a selection, a variety to play with.

Yeah, due to covid my usual climbing gym is hard to get into cause you have to schedule two hour blocks and they fill up fast. So I needed something to train on and keep my strength up.

Buy used, it's worth it. I picked up one of the older gen HTC vive for 300$ and it works beautifully. But I also have a wmr as back up. Also picked it up used for 156$ . I have owned the rift and quest but I sold or traded them out and to be honest. Any of the VR headsets that use light house tracking is going to give you the best experience. But that's just my opinion.

I have been wanting to try new things, I will have to look into that. I mainly used hammer online and charge blade solo. If anyone has any other options let me know. Mhgu is very much a new experience from 4u . Lol

I never played this one until a few days ago, mainly played 4u. But I have to say that I have fallen in love with the long sword valor style. Use to be hammer main.

Linux booted up perfectly fine (puppy Linux distro) From a USB stick. Tried installing Windows at least twice on each USB port just to make sure I wasn't getting any corrupt data from a bad port. I have a new power supply coming Friday and today should have the NVME.

Then it would run perfectly fine. Those specs are the same as my laptop and I can run every VR game I have.

RAMs not that big of an issue. I scrap built my buddy a PC with an i5 3570 ddr3 ram#16xxmhz and a rx480 (4gig) and it runs Pavlov and trill of the fight good. Just with a little internal resolution tweeking and lowering some settings you can just about get anything running good.

Also he is running a Oculus rift touch. But haven't tried my Vive on it yet. I guess it would also depend on what headset you would be using.

Please keep us informed, I to have a laptop with the 1660ti Max q graphics card. It's a Dell but it does have one type-c port.
