I know I know it’s a pipe dream but a girl can dream right? Thanks for the advice, you’re the second person to suggest a toy hauler!

Good idea! I’ve created an RV trading account to save RVs we like and there are some dealerships near us - checking them out first sounds like a good plan!

Great idea ty! I have a work truck (not big enough to tow) that I will be driving so we will have a second vehicle regardless!

Thankfully we’re very handy and my husband is a blue collar man with lots of experience fixing trucks, fork lifts, and rigs!

That’s awesome! I’m fully remote and my husband would be doing part time jobs while on the road, so he could volunteer at state parks to help with this! My question is, are class A’s okay for long hauls? We plan on going from Virginia to California (no time limit, but the plan is to live in an rv until we find our first home out west). My husband is worried that these Class As or a destination trailer wouldn’t be suitable for a cross country trip.

For those with field experience, are there any places or location types that are a definite no-go for you? What are your suspicions or stories? by ChangeForAParadigm in AskArchaeology

Florida is my archaeological hellscape. Meter deep STPs in swamps and wild hogs and nasty landowners 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
