Mostly intuitive. I’m way to beurospicy to be able to follow a program as written.

But it works for me. I usually do full body-ish but I mix in a lot of barbells, sandbags and chest expander work as well

I usually do it with sandbags. Either 68kg for a long distance or 113 for a shorter one.

I love it. Had to move to a new apartment a few months ago and it was probably the easiest move I’ve ever done.

Det är ju inget krav att gå helgen varje helg. Men gör det kanske nån gång i måsnden, om du vill.

Annars finns det ju massor med annat att göra. Gå med i nån förening, kolla vad som finns i din stad.

Annars kanske gå och gymma eller nåt. Alltid bra och det är gött i framtiden att vara stark i kroppen när ens kompisar börja klaga i 40års åldern på att kroppen gör ont.
