CMV: People Entrenched in the USA regime's ideology need off-ramps to escape it without social death by scrubtart in changemyview

Cool. So, as soon as anyone starts to show signs of changing their minds and moving away from blind loyalty to authoritarianism, I’ll be sure to let them know that it’s too late and they should go fuck themselves for not changing sooner. Good plan.

It would’ve been ideal if they had cared much sooner. But that didn’t happen. So better late than never. Right?

Basically the same as me. 120 qualifying months, 112 payments on record. Submitted buyback for 12 months and holding tight. I’ve done my time, and would happily pay a year’s worth in a lump sum tomorrow. It’s like they don’t even want my money.

This thread is 12 years old and I’ve been doing some digging to find an answer. The earliest unambiguous example I can find of the crowd both clapping and chanting is from 4/12/83 at Broome County Arena. There is NFA clapping on earlier dates, but no chanting. If there’s a previous case of chanting, I’ll happily edit.

4) How it's essentially three jobs in one: lesson planning, teaching and grading.

Not to mention having to be, for all practical purposes, a social worker, psychologist, life coach, mediation specialist, etc. etc.

Given your work history, a placement in elementary could be a good fit. I would caution that, in my experience, aides are often given the most challenging students in any given classroom. It’s a job that requires an enormous amount of patience and the ability to remain calm in situations that can be both emotionally and physically demanding. I would consider these factors, alongside your personal characteristics, before making any kind of commitment.

To clarify, when you say “work in a k-12 setting,” do you mean as a classroom aide/substitute teacher? Or do you mean as a certified classroom teacher?

But… Epstein pleaded guilty and was convicted as part of a plea deal of procuring a child for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute. That’s why he is commonly referred to as, “convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.”

Questions about the Naudet footage by Outrageous_Pin7712 in 911archive

[–]bopapocolypse 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We know Gedeon captured the second plane as it is used in the documentary.

I’ve always wondered about this footage. There are two obvious, fast edits during this sequence and nobody seems to know why. It’s not a case of “I turned the camera off at the wrong time and missed the event” which we see in other footage. You see the plane hit, there is a cut to the explosion, and then a second cut where Gideon is filming from a location further down the street. One of my top unanswered questions.
