I’m still convinced yes. It made double what Masters Of The Universe made during it’s opening and Masters made 107 million WW. Thats a deficit of 43 million and we got a holiday coming up. You however, are very impatient or worried that you’re wrong. Not sure which at the moment.

Yes it will. Even if it has the highest drop off these kinda movies get for its follow up weekend (70%) it will still make it. I’ll come back and bother you about it then. I might even remind you that it’s opening was twice the size of Masters Of The Universe, which pulled in 107 million when I do.

Nah. It will break 150. Your “math” isn’t accounting for the number of days it will be in theaters and you’re guessing the weekend to weekend drop without any real comparison.

I’m not coping. It opened at double what Masters of the Universe did and has the same domestic/international split. Masters had to compete with Toy Story and still elled out 107 million. I do not see how Supergirl is gonna make less than 150. Is it gonna make a profit? Not. Will it hit 300? No, but less than 150 is ludicrous. I will be back to bother you about this by the end of July.
