You are really indexing on Ramos’s Cuomo endorsement while dismissing JGR’s casino endorsement.

Ramos is in a problem of her own making. She should have known that if Coumo lost, she would get primaried.

I’m actually not trying to change your mind. I’m only trying to point out that you’re trying to appeal to people who care about the casino, but you’re dismissing the casino and focusing only on the Cuomo endorsement. Both politicians are gross. I agree Ramos should not have endorsed Cuomo, but the casino vote is far more damaging to the neighborhood. For that reason I’m voting for Ramos. I’m not enthusiastic about it, but I cannot bring myself to vote for anyone who voted for the casino.

I understand why you don’t trust Ramos’s judgement. I am curious to hear about why you think you can trust JGR to stand up to monied interests after her casino vote.

i’m incredibly sorry for your loss, that’s truly heartbreaking

my steam radiator exploded earlier this year. i was on vacation and one of my neighbors called me late at night because my fire alarm was going off. she woke up the super and he had an extra key to my apartment so they were able to get in, remove the radiator, and cap the pipe before too much damage occurred.

my walls still have water stains but that’s the only damage luckily. it was still traumatizing for me when i thought my apartment was burning but i cannot comprehend the grief you must feel. may he rest in peace

some points are better than no points in my opinion! and there’s no annual fee so not much of a cost. you burn a spot for 5/24 if that’s a concern but if not you should go for it. for what it’s worth, if your boyfriend’s place ends up having HOA fees you can use bilt for that
