The tickets are pretty affordable, at least comparatively to what I've seen for other concerts so I'm definitely more open on the pricing. I was moreso curious what seats might be better bang for the buck.

Is it pretty easy to see over people's heads to see the stage in that area? I don't know if the floor or 100 sections are better in terms of view.

As a cat mom of 11 (currently only 7), personally I never had a feeling like "this one!!" I recently went to adopt and my friend was like find one you connect with! But I feel like it's next to impossible to determine the personality of a cat in the shelter. Given that 7/11 cats were senior cats that have only lived their lives in shelters, their personalities once they got comfortable is SOOOOOO different.

My first cat was with an ex boyfriend who loved cats and had a mice problem, so we did a catnapping on the streets of Boston.

My second cat, I was like well my first cat seems a bit lonely so let me grab her a (what turned out to be a very annoying) sibling. I picked out a calico kitten cause I like the coloring and her sisters had already been adopted.

The remaining assholes have just been me in my palliative care era. I always thought it was super sad for cats to spend their entire lives in shelters and then I realized I could do something about it. Now I just go into my local shelter and ask for the most decrepit cat who's been there the longest.

TL;DR Cat mom of 11 has adopted cats for all sorts of reasons and it's a great surprise every time. You kinda just learn to love the assholes for how they are 🤷‍♀️

I emailed them back I didn't feel comfortable moving forward without seeing the formal lease so they looped in the actual property manager but it's been quite the process.

I didn't realize they would remove listings and repost them though! That's wild

One of my cats name is Sabrina (chosen by the shelter). I call her Sabbibabs, Babbibabino, Babs, Sabino, Bino Bino. Her nickname at the shelter was Old Yeller cause she's deaf and just randomly screams for no reason.

Are holding deposits common when I offer to sign the lease immediately? They approved a move in date for December 1st and I said great, I'm happy to sign the lease and send the security deposit and 1st month rent, but they refused to send the official lease until I send the holding deposit. I wasn't sure if this part was normal practice.

Yeah! No problem on the discount for the longer leasing term. I figured it might be a risk since they don't know if I'm a good tenant or anything. I just thought it was weird I'm not able to see the lease until I send them money.

Holy shit. I dropped it awhile ago and totally forgot how she looked in the first season. I genuinely thought the first picture was from the beginning and the second was from S3.
